Ontology createOntology(String name,
                        String description)
                        throws OntologyException

Creates a new Ontology

Parameters:

name - the name to give the ontology

description - the description for the ontology

Throws:

NullPointerException - if either name or description are null

OntologyException - if the ontology could not be created
