    (1) The DICE source is available free of charge.  This and all derived 
	sources must be distributed free of charge with two exceptions: 
	(a) When distributed on hard media, the media containing this 
	distribution may be sold at cost, or (b) when included as part 
	of a freeware compendum where this distribution is not the primary 
	focus of the hard media (e.g. CDRom) being sold.

	When redistributing DICE, all copyright information in the files 
	must be left intact and the Obvious Implementations Corp Copyright
	message displayed by dcc, dc1, dcpp, das, dlink, and dobj when run 
	with no arguments must be left intact.  This license file must also
	be included.

    (2) You may compile your own source code into libraries and binaries 
	using DICE and then utilize those binaries however you wish, including
	selling the binaries/libraries compiled with DICE commercially.
	You may link your own projects with DICE-supplied libraries (e.g.

    (3) You may NOT distribute DICE source code as part of a commercial
	product and you may not sell any compiler, linker, or assembler
	programs derived from the DICE compiler/linker/assembler source with
	this license.  You may not sell any programs derived from the DICE
	source code.  Commercial resale licenses are available.
