Hello. Thanks for downloading KHacc.

KHacc is a simple home accounting program written in C++ with the Qt
toolkit and KDE libraries. It has a number of features, including
memorized and scheduled transactions, multiple account types,
auto-completion of frequently used transactions, double- and
single-entry bookkeeping, and rudimentary graphing and reporting. It has
as few dependencies as possible: just the QHacc libraries, KDE, Qt, and a
compiler are necessary to build it.

If you like KHacc, please consider sending me a postcard saying so. The
mailing address is:

I'm not expecting any earth-shattering vows of fealty, but I would like
to see the different places KHacc may be used. I imagine something like
"Hello from Oklahoma" or "KHacc's running in Memphis." And to sweeten
the deal, if you put a return address on the postcard, I'll mail you one
from beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia, USA.

This is KHacc 3.2.1, and it improves upon the 3.2 series' stability
quite nicely. There are only a couple bugfixes here, but they include
one that is very important. It seems that the native database had a
reasonably certain-crash situation that was, unfortunately, pretty
universal in the engine. There was no escaping this dastardly menace
until now! Yes, the world is safe again.

I hope you enjoy this release. If so, why not send a postcard?

Thanks for downloading.
