Compare 2 dates after truncating them.

Parameters:

date1 - the first date

date2 - the second date

Returns:

the comparison

truncate

public static java.util.Date truncate(java.util.Date date)

truncate the given Date to 00:00:00 that same day

Parameters:

date - the date that should be truncated

Returns:

the truncated date
