OK

Fixed, I think.

OK

>p. 214, last para: attribute values should be quoted. "Section 6.4.4,
>Dates and times", "times" should be capitalized.

That's a fight I kept having with MSM. In my impressionable youth I
was taught that only the first word and any proper names in a title
should be capitalised. In his ditto, he was taught that all
"significant" (whatever that means) words should be. As you can see, he
usually won, but there are occasional moments where I got away with
it.

We try harder. I've substituted "stagehouses".

Drat! You're right, and Sebastian needs to do something ELSE in the stylesheet...

Can't find the example you're referring to (my pagination doesnt match yours!)

Generic problem

>p. 224, definition of <lg> at top of page: insert comma following "unit"

OK

>p. 225, example at bottom of page: this is probably not an error, but

No, it's stage Oirish.

Most peculiar. It's gone.

>p. 229, second para in section 10.3: "screen plays" should be one

OK. It's now consistently so spellt.

>p. 231, definition of <tech>: "special purpose" should be hyphenated.
