   Demonstration of sequence reading

Description

   Simple sequence reading application as a template for writing new
   programs.

Algorithm

   None.

Usage

   Here is a sample session with myseq

Command line arguments

   Standard (Mandatory) qualifiers:
  [-sequence]          sequence   Sequence filename and optional format, or
                                  reference (input USA)
  [-outfile]           outfile    [*.myseq] Output file name

   -sreverse1          boolean    Reverse (if DNA)

   -slower1            boolean    Make lower case
   -supper1            boolean    Make upper case

Input file format

   myseq reads any normal sequence USAs.

  Input files for usage example

   'tembl:paamir' is a sequence entry in the example nucleic acid
   database 'tembl'
