SET <command> <parameters>

This operator command allows the re-setting of some
of the server options on the fly.

MAX <amount> : Will set the maximum number of allowed
connections to the new value.  
KILLNOIDENT <on|off> : Will enforce disallowing the
connection of identless clients.
SPAMNUM/SPAMTIME : Will define the number of joinparts,
and the duration during which these may happen, before
the server will ignore the user because of a possible 
spambot.
DEBUG : Will set the debug level.
THROTTLE : Will set throttle settings.
