* User-visible changes new in vacation-2.1.

- proper handling of "Resent-*" headers.

- only substitute $SUBJECT in the template message's headers.

- always append a "Precedence: bulk" header to the reply's headers.
  (ignoring any precedence header in the template)

- much better parsing of multiple addresses from RFC-822 headers (but
  still not perfect).


* User-visible changes new in vacation-2.0.

- first major release.
