1. Write TeX replacement table for at least ISO Latin1 characters
2. Write correct TeX commands for most often used mathematical symbols
   (20xx-25xx) into TeX spec chars  file
3. Provide cyrillic transliterations in ascii.replacements

4. Make catdoc work when compilied with Watcom C
