- move Seamstress things to HTML::Element::Library - done: all generics
are moved. things related to templating stay in Seamstress.

- understand what HTML::ElementExtended does, perhaps extending 
HTML::Element::Library along the way. this is important for deciding
on cleaning up iters and integrating with Extended.

- test table
  - doc/test select unroll + add selected feature
  - doc/test li unroll

- note the callback features of
	Template
	HTML::Template
	CGI::Prototype
	Class::DBI

  with the intent of addressing common look and feel within Seamstress

- clean up iters
