zope29_instances="%%ZOPEINSTANCEDIR%%" 

If there is already a zope29_instances entry please add 
%%ZOPEINSTANCEDIR%% separated by a space. 

Don`t forget to create %%ZOPEINSTANCEDIR%%/etc/zope.conf before 
starting the zope server
