To create the complement of the sequence 'rcr.seq' and output to the file 'rcr.rev':
% revseq rcr.seq rcr.rev -norev
To create the reverse of the sequence 'rcr.seq' and output to the file 'rcr.rev':
% revseq rcr.seq rcr.rev -nocomp
