The distribution should contain:
-------------------------------

 - SwissPdbViewer (the program) version 3.5
 - readme.txt
 - _stuff_ (a folder containing several files that should not be altered)
 - usrstuff (a folder containing several files that can be altered)
it is advisable to delete a few files from time to time,
as some downloaded files or modelling projects will be stored there.

After some operations, files ending with ".E" will be added
in your "usrstuff" directory. They can be deleted safely.

The loop database and the user guide have to be downloaded
separately if you want to install them locally.

The program will also create "default.prf" and "recfiles.ini"
in your "usrstuff" directory. Those two files are used to store
your default settings, and the list of most recently accessed
  files respectively.

Have fun,
Nicolas & Torsten
