To install this update, simply unzip uox3.scp from this file 
into your UOX directory. This will distroy all special NPCs you 
made or changed, but perhaps you will like our update. :)

       You must still have the marked rune set to type 60 and on the ground.  This

       because there are TONS of items.

     - Added the first section to the Building Blocks and Walls section under 
       Decorations/Furniture. It currently doesnt work due to a bug in the game,
       (as of .67x+), but it will work as soon as that bug is fixed.
     - Disabled Concerned Watcher (lee.brown@virgin.net) 's Cove Spawn Points in the 
       script due to the problem of server crashes upon placing them on most 
       computers. That is because the spawn items are near placed at the end
       of the world file, which causes crashes. If you want to use them though,
       in the uox3.scp file under ITEMMENU 1 there are some commented lines. follow
       the directions there. Some people will not crash with those. For those who do,
       you can wipe your world if you really want to use them. Then the server will 
       not crash. Just follow the same directions in ITEMMENU 1.
     - Once again fixed spelling errors.. My own this time. I still spell *Shield* wrong.
       Arrghh!

  - Re-did the ENTIRE npc.scp! They now have all HI/LO values set. This should fix the Demi-God NPC problem. 
  - Added correct TAMING requirements for every NPC.
  - All NPCs SHOULD be using all of OSI's values. I got the values from the guide book but some might be different. 
  - Added house deeds to the /add menu. They are given the correct MOREX values to work with Tal Strakes house deed code.

Version 0.18 - Dante - 8/31/98
  - Re-did magical weapons. The new magic weapon format is:
	Ruin +2
	Might +6
	Force +10
	Power +14
	Vanquishing +18
    Basically it's the UO values x2. I figured it would make magic weapons better.
  - Toned down archery. I subtracted 20 damage off of every bow's HIDAMAGE. 
    UO's values for bows used to be 9-41 damage. It is now 9-21. I figured this would balance out
    weapons a little better and prevent archery from becoming SUPER strong.
  - Replaced SKILL 25 with HIMAGERY and LOMAGERY for spellcasting NPCs. 
  - Fixed the problem with SPADELAY. No more machine gun magery from NPCs! =)
  - Fixed Magic Resistance for Balrons (Lord of the Abyss, Slayer, etc.). They are no longer         invulnerable to magery.
  - Fixed Liche and Liche Lord strength. They were way too weak before.
  - Fixed the problem with NPCs having negative fame. I think this is what was causing some          people to crash when making certain NPCs.
  - Added a new DISGUSTINGLY powerful bow to magic bows section. I really did this for myself.       I'd rather rather kill stuff with my super bow than /kill command =).
  - Updated the CiG files. All the new stuff should work with CGMT. 
  - Deeds should all be working with placing houses and stuff. For some reason the tower deed        just won't work no matter what we try. Me, Pug, and Tal Strake are baffled as to why this is     happening. In the meantime just make a deed to another house, set it's MOREX to 122, and         rename it to tower deed. Right now that's the only way to make a tower deed =(.
